Jerri Ann Jensen is an executive leader with over 25 years of experience in developing and coaching leaders across industry, academia, and vocational ministry. Focused on Kingdom impact, she specializes in holistic transformation, helping faith-driven professionals lead themselves and others more effectively in effort to create lasting impact. Jerri Ann served with The Navigators for nearly two decades, sat on their Board of Directors, and has launched multiple faith-based programs, including a counseling center. 

As the founder and CEO of COSMO Advantage, a company with a proprietary Bible-based framework, she offers ICF-accredited professional development and more for faith-driven leaders and coaches. She holds a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Wyoming and multiple coaching certifications.
